Proof that electronic voting machines CAN be fraudulently manipulated to steal votes
Not that the Republicans did anything remotely like this to win Ohio for Bush in '04.... but it shows that electronic voting machines, like the ones by Diebold (the Diebold AccuVote-TS Voting Machine), can be broken into by a hacker who can literally change the vote tally after the fact - and it can be done in less than one minute. And it is even possible to create a computer virus that spreads the vote manipulation from one vote computer to others.
